My security code is sent to an unknown email

Last time I played FC24 (via steam) I started the game, got a security question and a code sent to my email, evverything worked well.

Now when I start try and start the game, the email that the dialogue window tells me the security code is sent to is unknown to me, and I receive no code.

Has my EA account been hacked? Who can help, I cannot find any way of contacting EA support

Why can I not connect to fc24 it keeps saying lost your online connection and all my network is working for every game except fc 24

I have tried finding a single topic that has the option to chat or create a case, there are none. Is there any way to create a case other than that?
