My Ultimate Team is stuck

I can't start my ultimate team since it is stuck. My console is PS4. The game is FC 24 I tried deleting the game and reinstalling 3 times. I even formatted the whole PS4. Still stuck. Please help

@WaleedJood2 Change the language to another one in game settings.
