My UT players showing as not found

I noticed yesterday that all my ultimate team players are appearing as the same colour (black) and with a "not found" at the background, please see attached.  I am unable to tell which cards are special cards. Example, i am not able to do sbc because i cannot simply tell the difference between a gold  or bronze or silver card to any of the special card like TOTS, TOTW, UT etc. 

I have reported this to the live chat, they were unable to help and they have escalated this to the studio for help and also recommend that I post my issue on this forum.

Please help! Its really frustrating not being able to use my UT properly.
