my web app keeps saying that i dont have a club
I created a club on eafc ultimate team and every time I try to log into my web app or companion app it tells me that I don't have a club. I came to the ea help website but everything said the same thing I've tried them but it isn't working and because of the non-existent customer service I still haven't gotten a solution

This usually happens when players use the wrong email address to log in on the Web app. Check out this article to find the correct email address you should be using.

Make sure to clear your browser's cache data, as it may also fill in the incorrect credentials for you.
