Neymar TOTS turns out to be gold card

Which part of the mode? Squad Building Challenges
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 06/01/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 3:30AM
What is your time zone? IST - GMT + 5:30
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I packed Neymar gold card instead of TOTS during this card is available in packs
What happens when the bug occurs? Neymar TOTS turn out to be gold card when I opened the pack
What should be happening instead?

I packed the Neymar cards during is TOTS card available in packs but I got the gold card kindly resolve this issue and give the Neymar TOTS card. As he is still in packs.

    @AnasSid16 Which Rest of the cards you are referring here?

    Ultimate TOTS men, women and mixed leagues released on Friday 31st 5pm UTC/6pm UK time. Other cards you are referring might be part of this squad.

    1. I made pick 84+ and get neymar gold card while he is in tots moment in packs how is this ?

    Hey @AnasSid16  TOTS version Neymar was available in packs until 4:59 PM UTC on May 31. This means that you have received the correct version of the item.

    Only Neymar card is unavailable from mixed packs? Rest of the cards are available at that time how is that possible.

    I just opened a package and I got Neymar gold, when is Neymar on promo? until when the errors of this game? so much money and mistakes always continue?
