No EA Help e-mail/live chat/phone call option

I've soft banned from the transfer market for almost 2 weeks now, with a few exceptions (a few hours here and there after EA employees lifted the ban only for it to return a few hours later even though I just bought ONE SINGLE player to test whether the ban is still active). Since Friday, the e-mail, live chat and phone call option on EA help disappeared, no matter what category I select. I tried it on multiple different browsers and devices, it's nowhere to be seen. The only way to get in touch at the moment is replying to one of the e-mails I still have, but trying to get help via E-Mail seems like an impossible task for my issue, since every single time I reply to the mail, I get a different employee and it's always the same answer that there are "no sanctions against my account" and I should not "worry" and "everything is fine", and when I reply explaining it's not a ban but a soft ban instead, I get the same reply from a different employee again. Meanwhile, I literally can't buy any players for almost 2 weeks now and with TOTY League upgrade packs around the corner, this is a disaster for me. I've had around 10 different EA employees telling me that I dont have a ban.

Is there anything I can do to either get in contact with an employee that actually understands my problem or get rid of this issue myself? Last week when live chat was still around, there were a few employees that could temporarily unban me but as I already said, the soft ban always comes back, even when I'm not doing anything close to suspicious on the transfer market. One time, as I already said, all I do was buy one single gold rare for 700 coins and that was apparently enough to soft ban me again a few hours later.

I'm really starting to get desperate here. I paid 100€ for the Ultimate Edition of this game and now I can't buy any players and it feels like noone can help me.

    If the Live chat option is available, it depends on the following:

     - language or Country selected (try select eng, USA);

     - time of the day, keep in mind European & American working hours;

     - choose some other* problem & title (try selecting technical problem & some latest title, e.g. EA SPORTS™ WRC (racing game).

    *Don't worry. EA agents/advisers are not angry if you (intentionally) select a wrong options (mentioned above).
