No Hypermotion or cut scenes in EAFC Ultimate for XBox X

No Hypermotion and cut scenes on XBox X

Purchased EAFC Ultimate edition and have an XBox X -

The game is supposed to have hypermotion and cut scenes yet my games has none of these. I have tried multiple setting to try and turn on with no success and have no idea why these features are not on my game. This is one of the reasons i purchased it and if i cant get this then its just FIFA23 and no changes, i may as well try and get my money back!

I am also experiencing this issue. Bought the next gen version of the game. Installed it on a next gen console (Xbox series S) but don’t have any of the cut scenes, hypermotion etc. that is supposedly a feature of the next gen game? Very confused…
