No invite option on eafc24

Please ensure that both you and your friend have the same version of the game installed. If you're playing on a console, make sure that you have installed the correct version of the game as this could cause issues.

We both have the correct version, is there anything that we can do?

Have you tried removing each other from your friends list and then inviting each other again through the game?

Yes I unfriended him and then sent him a friend request again and still nothing

Can you both also check the privacy settings for your EA and console accounts?

The problem isn't only with me and him, I can only invite people that are offline and via the "R2" menu I can't invite anyone

I feel you, it's so annoying that we pay 80€ for this game and it has bugs like that which Ruin the experience 

I’m also having this exact issue, just as you described it. I can see my friend is on line, that he’s in the lobby or the score of his current game. But no way to invite him to any game modes. Ironically, it allows me to invite someone with whom I only have a pending friend invite. 

Has anyone found a solution?
