No match reward after radioactive cup match

I was not reward after playing and winning a radioactive cup match . After an intense sweaty match i did not even receive a reward when it was loading the reward screen i received info server could not process and i was moved the main fc 24 screen and logged back in ultimate team just to be told i left while match was ongoing hence i will receive less reward in subsequent match. The number of radioactive matches reduced by one which i see it really annoying because i could not completed objective neither receive a reaward after a win.
