Having played through a carabao cup tie, in career mode, and ending the match in a draw, we followed that with the usual penalty shootout to determine the team to go to the next round. However, there was no screen or button to give me the option to pick the kick takers, leaving me frustrated as a player who played many previous editions ( of fifa) that did have this option.

Same here. I know the game picks the best shooters anyway, but this was actually a nice feature to be able to pick them. Or - at the very least - be able to see in which order they would shoot.

What is going on with this bug?

Is this intentional?   As manager I should be able to select the players I want in the order i want to take penalties.

This is stupid.  Fix this.  it cant be hard, its been in the game forever.

Always the EFL Cup matches.   No rules were changed.

Lets go people.

Trust me, they don’t they picked my GK as the 6:th taker over 90 rated Konsté, 88 rated Bradley, and so on. After the first five, just give up. 

It bugs me as well. I’m player MANAGER career, arent I? Then why can’t I not just pick my own order. I have NO IDEA why they thought removing it would be a good idea. Stupid af
