No reward from watching the FC PRO Season 9 - eCL

I have watched champions league knockout stage twice (18 & 19 May 2024) now on you tube for over 60 minutes but received no rewards whatsoever. It should be auto rewarded since I was rewarded when...

Hey everyone, 

Please be sure you followed all the instructions listed in our EA Help Article regarding how link your EA Account to YouTube.

Also, check if you linked to the correct EA Account on YouTube and watched the event live. Indeed, you are not eligible for the rewards if you didn't watch it live.

The event has been live and will be live on the following dates:

  • 11/05 and 12/05 at 4:00 PM UTC
  • 18/05 and 19/05 at 6:00 PM UTC
  • 29/05 at  4:00 PM UTC

If you're sure you watched the events in that period, and you verified your account, but you haven't received any rewards, please share with us the following info:

  • Platform:
  • Account:
  • Events watched:
  • Date and Time you watched the Event(s): (add your TimeZone)
  • How long have you watched it (them): (hh:mm)

man i think i know why people are having a problem with this ....
in the objective for FC PRO season 9 -eCL it says 19th may and here i see that youre saying it's 18th may .....
i think the problem is a time zone but i have watched on 19 th may because that's the date of the watch time i didn't watch the 18th becuase there's no objective saying watch in 18th 
look this up and double check becuase i think thats the problem
