Record a video and post it on Youtube, I would like to see how the game is displayed on the screen.
Do audio crashes occur?
Have you done a clean install of the video driver and deleted the profile from the game's home screen and created another one? I have problems with crashes if I don't delete the profile from the home screen with each update.

I uploaded the info you needed.
The game is working now after delete profile but when I play ultimate team it crashes
Also my main screen is 144 hz but I found it on 60 hz and when I changed it to 144hz the game crashes as shown in this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4EgHCfAosq8
And this is how the game crashes on 60hz after play ultimate team
I tried to replace my hdmi cable and still same problem
Tried also to clean install my driver and still the same
Tried repair and uninstall the game
Although other games is working.

In my case, if I don't delete the profile, the game will close at any time (my configuration: i5 6400, 16GB RAM, GTX 1050 Ti). Update the operating system and drivers.
