ONLİNE FRİENDLY HOME TEAM BETTER GAMEPLAY

Hello.  I live in Australia / Melbourne and my best friend lives in Turkey/ Istanbul.  Everytime we want to play an online friendly game the home team/who invites is having a much better gameplay experience.  The away team / who receives the invitation is experiencing a slower game  , players are slow , they wait to pass the ball and they can not defend properly.  Even the team selection menu lags.   When we switch sides the other person who is away team is having same issues.   This started with Fifa 23 and we were so excited to see if EA fixed the problem with FC 24 but unfortunately problem remains.   We both play seaons with randoms around the world and never experience this problem but only with online friendlies. Both connected to internet with cable - around 100mbps very fast connection- , nothing downloading at background.   Please someone comes up with solution as its pretty off putting the fact that its 2023 and the problem we are experiencing is way behind our time.
