Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dear EA Sports, I am writing to report a fault in the FC 2024 FUT Champions mode. On multiple occasions, I have been winning a match and the opponent forfeits, but immediately after the forfeit, I am disconnected from the game. When I am able to reconnect, the game counts as a defeat for me. This is a very frustrating issue, as it is costing me valuable wins and points in the FUT Champions mode. I have tried restarting my console and router, but the issue persists. I have also seen other players reporting the same issue on social media. I am requesting that you please investigate this issue and fix it as soon as possible. I am a loyal EA Sports customer and I have spent a lot of time and money on FC 2024. What should be happening instead? it was suppose to count as wins since the other player forfeited while am winning.
i will attach a video from the replays that shows i was winning the match and the opponent quits. then i disconnect from the server and i log back in and it counts defeat.
