I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks for trying that. Next, let's see if clearing the alternate MAC address will help. Please follow these steps:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Let me know how it goes.

I'm also having same issue but on ps5. Also had same problem in Fifa 23.
Don't suppose you have more than one person set up on Ultimate team on same console?
As this seemed to start happening when I set up another Ultimate team account for my son. Same console, different User.

Sir i live in china everything is good but yesterday the problem shown , when i share connection from my phone it works well but with wifi no any idea please

Sorry for writing on your post but I am new and can't see how to write a comment. I just want to say this is so * This happens all the time what is it that the people pay for the game that can play only 2-3 days a week on the other time is the server benched this is bulshid EA you shoud be a serios company just fix your game.

@EA_Aljo I was randomly able to connect to the ps5 game for a couple of days (24/25th oct) but stopped connecting again yesterday 25th. While the ps5 worked the ps4 didn't and now the ps5 doesnt work the ps4 version does. The second account on the console didn't play during this time so doesn't appear to be linked to that.
