I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks for trying that. Next, let's see if clearing the alternate MAC address will help. Please follow these steps:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

I'm also having same issue but on ps5. Also had same problem in Fifa 23.
Don't suppose you have more than one person set up on Ultimate team on same console?
As this seemed to start happening when I set up another Ultimate team account for my son. Same console, different User.

Are you saying you had this problem in FIFA 23 and are now having it in FC 24? If you had this in FIFA 23, did you get it resolved?
Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate FC 24 and delete the saved data.

Did this also happen after adding a second account like @prestidge mentioned?
