Packed Icon that should be a Promo

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you pack Pires in a pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? I packed the base version of icon pires in a reguler promo pack, with no guarenteed icons or anything. Which shouldnt be possible when his thunderstruck promo card is in packs.
What should be happening instead? I should have packed the promo version of his card instead of the base version

I packed pires base card version instead of the promo version which should not be possible and i would like to have the promo version of the card, that i should have gotten in the first place. I packed the card in a Black friday thunderstruck promo pack, which means that i should get the upgraded pires. I spent a lot og real life money, around 1100dkk on ea fc packs and i would like to be compensated.

Opened a thunderstruck pack with one guaranteed base icon and received no icon please fix this. Spent 3,500 fifa points not to receive icon.

Not an uncommon issue sadly. Every FIFA/FC so far. Most Promos have issue. To make things worse, EA FC is the most aggressive in terms of monetisation as well.

And the team nor the support is really interested in your issues as well. 

EA cares about the money, not the players or quality. Sad, but true.

1. During the "Thunderstruck" event, are players supposed to receive the special "Thunderstruck" versions of players like Kaka from packs, or is there still a chance to receive the base version?
2. If the special "Thunderstruck" cards are indeed available in packs during the event, could there have been an error in my case where I received the base version instead of the "Thunderstruck" version?

What are the specific rules or probabilities for receiving special event cards versus their base versions during such events?I would appreciate any information or assistance you can provide to resolve my confusion regarding this matter. Hello Yesterday Ive packed Nesta Icon untrade. But currently there is his Thunderstruck card in Packs so why didnt I got the promo card but the base card instead?

I also have a question regarding a similar issue. Today I packed a gold rare Modric when his RTTk is live in packs and didn't think this was possible. Can anyone provide clarification?
