Partially invisible agent in manager mode.
The agents can have floating heads and hands in manger career. I have come across this several times. Very funny but it looks awful.

What happens when the bug occurs? Your manager just shows as a head with no upper body
What should be happening instead? The manager should look normal. Not partially invisible
