PC Controller Mapping incorrect and unplayable

when i connected my controller to my fc 24 they show me to press A to continue but is not work , when i press X she press A 

and when i continue to menu for scrolling i need to the RS not LS and THE Y  is X

bottom line

my controller is not mapping correctly

please help me to fix that
