adding eafc24.exe and enabling vsync fixed it for me, this is my .ini file also
running at 200 fps no drops anymore!

yeah I tried it. and it solves big drop problem. I didnt experience any big drop but stuttering keeps continue. and of course without g-sync and v-sync we have a new problem like tearing. This way of playing does not represent fluid play. and it hurts the eyes so much so. yeah still unplayable for me. bu we understand with that real reason of big drops is "g-sync". I dont know how they are gonna solve this situation.
