[PC] FC24 Won't Open. "There is a problem with your game's setup."

i paid 70 euros,so can't play...i played for 84 hours on the same PC,the same Windows...after i restored Windowsit doesn't work anymore...it gives me the same error as you...and those from EAHelp who should explain to us what is happening...are unable to tell us exactly what the problem is...they tell me to look at the topic and take the same steps as i kept doing it and for nothing
