It a tiny bit better for me, but still getting a lot of Shuttering/screen tearing on my end, I think they will need to patch this!!
It's fixed for me. This is what I did:
- Upgrade bios
- Upgrade nvidia drivers
- lower monitor refresh rate to 120hzCan confirm theREALstefman fix works for me. Resolution at 1440p, turn everything on ultra except rendering, which should be set to medium. Keep vertical off and frames set to unlimited.
Along with this changed in game, I also recommed going to Nvidia control panel < Manage 3D settings < Program Settings < Add FC24.exe < change max frame rate to the unlimited or 144, low latency mode ON, openGL redering GPU to yout Nvidia graphics card, vertical sync off or adaptive, texture filtering anisotropic smaple opti OFF, Gamma correction ON.
Now run game with these in game and nvidia applied settings. Shutter might be present for a bit, change reso to 1920x1080 and back to 1440p. Play game for a few minutes and it Shutter Should be Gone!!Please note, this solves shuttering issues.

I get stutters when a player activated the playstyle+ when kdb through passes, and when Chiesa sprints it stutters on pc

Every year an unoptimized mess. Every year more people affected. Worst company of all time. I hope FIFA gets a half competent company to eat away out your player base and steals the football market away from you. You should all be ashamed.

stuttering, massive input delay, screen tearing.Tried every combination of settings in the book and still horrendous.
Seems to be a lot better on offline games for some reason but still awful for such a basic game on such a good system.Was in elite all last year and the year before and now struggling to get out of div 6 because the input delay is just that bad.
Spent a fortune on the ultimate edition of a game that performs so badly it’s verging on unplayable.
Waiting on an EA reply to this thread…Any updates?

same issues here...had actually no real problems with other FIFA games before. I don't know what EA did with this game. Seems like they didn't even test it on PC.
Starts to stutter randomly after cutscenes during gameplay, during standards like corners etc.
Not enjoyable at all.
CPU: Intel Core i9 10900KF
GPU: RTX 2070
(yeah a little older GPU but runs games like BF 2042 without any problems on high, so it should deal with FC 24 as well)
RAM: 16GB DDR4
WIN 10 Someone here suggested a solution yesterday. Set the processing quality to medium level in case it gets resolved. I tried it and it actually solved. Yesterday I played all fut champions matches at 144 fps. That person's graphics card was 4090. and mine is 3080ti. So both of our graphics cards are actually quite enough to play 2k ultra or high. We need to inform EA officials here. There is an optimization problem when the processing quality is high or ultra. They should focus directly on the solution of this. It's really funny that we have to play at medium quality on quite powerful computers.
EA is unreal. I’d be so embarrassed. Pathetic company who can’t fix *. Can only break *. The game is broke. The content sucks. The gameplay sucks. What do you guys do all year???? I don’t get it.
After trying everything the only thing that worked for me was changing the game setting.
Display mode to "Windowed Borderless". I have tested this for last 2 days and this works for me.
