I have an RTX 3080 and am having the same issues with the stuttering, except my stuttering also is affecting the menus and all aspects of the game. It does not run in full screen mode and seems to be an issue with the game only and nothing else. EA need to optimize, otherwise every PC player is going to request a refund for a game they cant even play.
