My game is much smoother now after I locked fps to 144 instead of 60 cos my monitor refresh rate is 60hz. I thought about it, what can possibly go wrong. I tried locking at 120fps but that was giving way higher latency but also smooth. Locked at 144fps, I have a much better experience now. Not stutter free though but more smoother and responsive both online and offline.
I locked it in AMD Adrenalin using Radeon Chill (Min fps= 144, Max fps=144), game settings is window borderless, no frame limit, no vsync. Maybe I'll try fullscreen instead of window borderless to see if it breaks nothing
