Hi all!
After testing everything I've read on these posts here, I've finally managed to get FC 24 running smoothly on my laptop ( 32GB Ram, Ryzen 5600H CPU, RTX 3060 laptop GPU).
Just wanted to share my experience with all, thinking it might turn out useful for some here.
So, here we go:
Turned off game mode in Windows 11 - the most substantial improvements by far (I saw some who didn't notice anything though).
In the Nvidia control panel I've added the game (it wasn't listed) and turned vsync off, maximum performance mode + a few other changes that I can't exactly recall: but you'll find them listed here in the forum.
In game settings are:
Refresh rate 144
Vsync off
Dynamic res off
Full frame rate
Everything is on ultra
Strand based hair on
PlayStayles+ indicator is off
And I've installed Bogo 366's mod: cut-scene stutter fix with the FIFA mod manager tool. Small tool, big impact. 10x @Bogo366 !!!
Now the game is unrecognizably different.
BTW reducing the game speed still makes the defenders not run as they should.
@ThraxFourTwo Guys, do not install Bogo 366's mod. It has malware planted inside. Lots of malware. It basically detects how much you love and play FIFA and then lowers your pack weight to make you buy FIFA Points.

@vaultman90 I dont care about Fifa Points and online gaming... and the mod I think seems to be ok... helped lot of people
Ok my stuttering is back... dont get it... it lasted maybe for 1 or 2 days, and now is unplayable again
this game is broken, really broken. i follow this step from youtube Cara setting FC 24 tidak Lag 100% berhasil #fc24 (youtube.com) it works for me, no issue and play smooth in ultra setting, and then tomorrow i play again and the lag comeback!!! fuc this game
@vaultman90 Bruv, I just looked at the entire code within the mod... it doesn't mention anything like that there. There are only things related to graphic settings. In addition, even if it did, I think that would take serious coding and it would be detected by EA's anti-cheat.
I'd say you should dedicate 3 minutes of your valuable time to research before posting nonsense.I used mods before with FIFA 23, never had an issue. Bogo left the forum as there was this other dude that he felt like he was grasping at straws and didn't want to waste his time with meaningless explications (like I'm doing now).
I've been using mods from evoweb for years - Bogo's a member there, surly someone would have flagged his stuff if something was wrong.
I can't exactly understand how bad-mouthing someone's work would help you... but u seem like u have ur own agenda...

You seem to be a planted agent for this mod guy and hence you are def someone who may have coded the malware for this whole thing.
The code has malware so get some education on programming languages first.- @vaultman90 Actually I do have some "education" in this regard. And, uhhh.... conspiratorial much? Really?
It's the first time I saw this mod and since EA didn't give a fugg about the 100 or so pages of posts here I thought I'd try it out. Actually still playing the game now with it and it's working fine.
But anyway... I used visual studio to have a second more thorough look a the script... What line are you specifically referring to?
BTW, this is rhetorical, I won't engage in any other exchanges with you in this regard.
@everyone else make sure you lunch the mode through FIFA mod manager otherwise it won't be enabled.
