Friends, I found a solution, now I have no lags and everything is easy to fix! You need to go to Nvidia settings, click on “Adjust desktop size and position.” and select full screen mode, enable “Override scaling mode set by games and programs”, under “Apply the following settings” click on the “Size” tab, make sure the “Enable desktop resizing” radio button is checked! I have Nvidia driver 536.23, I play at 2K 165 fps, no lags. TRY THIS. Maybe with your driver from Nvidia will be smooth with this settings!
didnt help for me... I dont think this is solution to graphical transition between cutscenes menu and gameplay....
