People cheating, went i have won games it kicks me out

Why when i have won games does it allow people to manage to get the game to kick me out and then it gives me a loss!! I want this explained or my money back. Sick of it. It happens multiple times every week.

To confirm for reporting disconnections or kicks (where you are disconnected), you can always make a post on Answers HQ as you have done.

From there communinty managers will be available to share any relevenat information, and other member of the community may also comment on the post.

Again, if you are asking on how to report a player, be sure to report them using our Help Article:

Report players for cheating, abuse, and harassment

From there they will look into the report and take the appropriate action if needed.

I do report it everytime. Nothing ever happens. Its not good enough that you have people cheating on your servers. EA24. What are you going to do about it? It happens every week.

As mentioned above, we are unable to assist with reports here on Answers HQ so we wouldn't have information available on any potential actions taken from reporting other players.

However, if you are disconnecting from EA FC24 we can go through a few steps based on your platform.

Once you have a moment try the following...

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

For Consoles:

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Open you're Xbox NAT Type

Open your PS5 NAT Type

Learn to read please. I am disconnecting, i am being kicked out but its always after the final whistle when i have won the game. It then gives me a loss. Fix it or return my money for your faulty game. That simple

@bhkbglhgbg Happens every weekend league. You have to spend over 1k on fif points to stand a chance sorry. They won’t fix the issue because they”re incompetent. They won’t respond to you so I might as well give you a heads up and say delete the game.
