unable to contact support.

So I bought a Pepsi max with the EA FC promo on it and after redeeming the code it did not show on my account.

Hopefully you guys can solve this problem.

I redeemed one on Sunday and almost three days later, nothing. It said the codes were valid and I linked the right EA account, so I decided to redeem another one today and the same thing happened. If anyone has any answers please let me know.

First 2 bottles I did perfectly fine no problem both one at a time. Got another 5 bottles did them all a once and nothing. It’s been a week and ea don’t really care just told me to moan about it here.
