Platform Client issue

Question

Hey everyone. So I installed EA FC 24 yesterday on my PC via the EA Play Pro subscription and started the game right away, only to be surprised that there is no possible way on earth to connect to the EA servers... I don't know why, I've tried so many things. Checked firewall, turned on permissions, uninstalled the game and installed again on different disks, played some kickoff in hopes for the problem to get solved by itself and it just didn't happened. I played FIFA 23 a couple days ago and it connected, why does the new game can't?

Please do not talk about internet connection, I double checked the speed tests on different hours and all of them give me between 900mb/s to 1gb/s. I can play Madden 24 and it connects to the servers fine. I play need for speed and it works too. It's just a EA FC 24 issue.

Please help me, I'm paying EA Play Pro, I want to play this game with friends and I can't.

Will leave a print of what'a showing on the game.

That's the first thing I've checked when this happened. Thanks for calling me dumb.

I've tried everything, but I can't find the reason why I'm not able to connect! Only happens with this game, Madden connects and it's from the same launcher and from the same EA Play Pro account.
