Player Career - Still can't sign with a team at end of season

FC 24, Player Career mode, still can't sign with a team at the end of the season. No option to renew contract with current team only gives me the option to transfer. When I select that I there's no actual option to sign with the team I was aiming for or the any of the teams suggested by my terrible agent. Some other threads with this same issue were closed by EA claiming this was fixed in Patch #11. It's not fixed, it's still broken. I grabbed this on Game Pass, you would think all of these issues would be solved by now... but nope. Just gotta churn out the next game for those sweet FUT dollars. 

Wrote about this same issue in the Bugs area but it's not been given a single look there. Figured I would try here as well.
