Player-created faces are reset to default after a squad update.

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. EA app - PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number NVIDIA Rtx 3070
Enter RAM memory size in GB 8go
Which mode has this happened in? Kick off
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - Get a default squad update ( the first One ), - Create a player >make a decent face - Download a squad update (obviously the recent One) - Go back to your created player and see his/her face.
What happens when the bug occurs? Player-created faces are reset to default face.
What should be happening instead? A squad update doesn't have to interfere with a created face, it get worse when you already have created Many players faces for your career mode and they get reseted by default look when you apply a squad update

IT HAS FINALLY BEEN FIXED WITH THE LATEST TITLE UPDATE! WOOOOOO
Try it out for yourselves, but I'd recommend to create/copy over a new squad file before testing so you have it as a back up. It is fixed, but when you update, any tight-fitted kits are restored to normal fit but I'll take this over resetting the face.

Warning: The issue is fixed, you can apply the squad update and it will be fine, but.... if you use your created players with a created club in Career mode, some of the generated players the game gives you, will have the same faces and names as your created players😬.
I don't know why EA can't fix issue at 100% but I will take it.

Honestly * this game. I hate it! Anyone know how we can request a refund?
I continued creating a ton of players, progressing really well, and enjoying the game again. Then BOOM! I go to play a game in kick-off and for some reason the squad file has been restored to a version from weeks ago, meaning everything I've created has gone. And what's to say this * won't happen again.

Are you sure they are gone? I loaded a squad and went to kick off and it didn't have the changes I made but I found out you have to manually save the squad after you load it to play with it in kick off.
