I experienced the same problem and the support does not even answer to my issue. Just lost a bunch of coins and i spend more than 700 euros, now i will not spend one more cent to this game. Just so stupid. This is big big *. they just stole 200 euros from me if you translate the coins i lost to this issue into money.
