Player item cannot be used in SBC

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know
What happens when the bug occurs? I get an error message saying “ these players cannot be moved because of a previously disconnected gameplay session.” Also I get “ failed to save changes to SBC”
What should be happening instead? I should be able to submit TOTW Luis Diaz into an SBC

So k opened a 83+ team of the week player pick pack and chose a duplicate 86 Luis Diaz. I tried to submit this duplicate into an SBC but when I do I get these two error messages you see in the photos attached. I get the message “failed to save changes to SBC squad” and it also logs me out of my gameplay session. Overall it does not allow me to submit that play and only that player item. I tried ro troubleshoot the issue by quick selling the duplicate and using the original instead with the intent to recover the quick sold item when done, but the same issue persists the the original team of the week Luis Diaz item as well 100% of the time. So at this point I would like this issue to be resolved by either fixing the bug or by being compensated with functional team of the week Luis Diaz 86 overall and with a new 83+ team of the week player pick pack as this is where it started. If anyone knows anyway to resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you
