Player Missing !!

Hello ! Yesterday i was lucky enough to pack Mbappe Toty and Xavi Hernandez Icon Toty , but today when i log in to play i only hsd Xavi , i search for mbappe on Recovery Players but he still missing. I contacted Support and they said i have to came here because they cant give me the player or make changes on the Game
