Player sharpness & fitness not recovering

Player sharpness & fitness not recovering In manger career mode. This was fixed a while ago but it’s broken again. 

I would fill out a bug report but the bug report page is bugged.. the “submit” button doesn’t work on mobile 😂🤦🏻
