Players from my ultimate team squad auto selling themselves.

Dear EA, Ive realised this bug in my Ultimate team. I was on the EFC web app doing some SBC, then i randomly got notification where by my main players in my first team sold automatically. I also checked the transfer list and there were even players that i personally never bought or packed in my team and yet they were there. I really have no idea how that happened and all i asked is if theres a fix to this. Thanks in advance!
