Players missing on pitch on seasons

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24

Which mode has this happened in? Seasons (Head to Head)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I start a game and I have a full team. After around 30seconds I lose a player on the pitch. My team management shows full team but on the pitch I have lost a left winger. At one point I also lost my goalkeeper. I'm playing with Manchester united
What happens when the bug occurs? I start a game and I have a full team. After around 30seconds I lose a player on the pitch. My team management shows full team but on the pitch I have lost a left winger. At one point I also lost my goalkeeper. When I try and substitute the missing player a random player goes off and I am still missing player. Usually I use Manchester United so not sure if this is the case with other teams or just Manchester United
What should be happening instead? I should have a full team on the pitch as I have no red cards or anything.

Issues as mentioned above. Losing random player on team. Ful lteam showing on management but on pitch end up with 1 or 2 less players.

Usually play with Manchester united so not sure if other teams are glitching or just Manchester united?

    Same **bleep** happening to me!! So irritating man 

    Hojlund disappears for me and I play with 10 men and everything just seems so messed up

    Steam version, Win 11, issue still continues. I'm randomly losing Goalkeepers, ST, RW, you name it.

    Same here, seems to happen when a goal is scored for left winger, keeper disappears in the 2nd half, deleted game and reinstalled but issue still happens, cheers Oldgracefork

    Same here. Playing with AEK Athens. Goalkeeper vanishes into thin air.

    I have it also with Antwerp fc. Striker or goalkeeper missing sometimes

    That is strange. I assume it's a bug with Manchester united.

    Exactly same thing happened to me yesterday. One game i suddenly lost my left winger, that happened several games after that. I also play with Manchester United. Onana didn’t come back on the pitch after half time either, so I played 9 vs 11.
