That is because EA is an awful game company that does not care about its player base. When asking for help they had the audacity to tell me it is my or my networks problem when I have no issue with any other games. After that they had nothing else to say. Now everytime I try to log in it keeps telling me I have to update my password because "It is not secure enough", when it doesnt even allow special characters and I made my password as complicated as it gets. Honestly you just gotta hope and pray it is fixed in the next few days
