Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my transfer list, I have about 60 players stuck. I'm unable to do anything with them.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot send them back to the club, I cannot quicksell them, I cannot relist them on the market. They're stuck. Some of them are sold and I didn't get the coins.
What should be happening instead? My players should be relisted for 1 hour, or I should be able to move them back to my club.
This issue happened to me right before TOTY, and now it's happening again right before TOTS. This makes the game unplayable because unenjoyable for me: why would I open packs if I can't sell the players because I only have 30 spots available ?
All I did was relist my transfer list before the 6PM content (UK time) and 1 hour later, 60 players were locked.
The issue was fixed the last time, right before the full TOTY was in packs. I cross my fingers you can fix this once again before TOTS starts.
Same problem since friday.
I wonder if there will be compensations for that because the prices were very high this weekend and everything will drop from now.
People losing coins because of that daily issues...
I didn't get compensation last time, but to be honest I just wanted my transfer list back
Honestly, it's crazy.... that EA doesn't even care to answer...
