I am hoping to find a solution to this. Lost 3 key players in a season due to transfer requests. All cited playing time but they’d only missed 2-3 games all season! It’s ridiculous.
And now it’s just happened again to a player I signed 3 games ago. He’s played every game and then handed a request in, it’s so broken.
