Hi i won a PlayStation tournament and i dont received the fcpoints

Hey, ea did. It is a standard tournament from ea. So that’s why i don’t get it..
I didnt get my 500 FIFA points reward for winning the playstation tournament on FC 24, it’s been over a week and still no reward

This is just ridiculous from EA Sports and Playstation both! Sad to see such big companies doing fraud openly and this is coming from a pro player, me too still haven't received any reward. Last year of my fc I guess now.
I won over a month ago. How do I contact PSN support?
