Power bar not working with timed finishing on

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just use power bar over the players and activate timed finishing
What happens when the bug occurs? The power bar dosent appear for shoting
What should be happening instead?
I use the shot power indicator above the players head. When I activate the Timed Finishing option the power bar just dosent appear any more. Do any one else has this problem? I'm playing on PC.
