Pre order bonus not received
Hi I’ve logged into eafc 24 on console and haven’t received my haaland loan pack and my 4600 fc points can anyone help?

I didn't receive my pre order bonus packs with haaland and not my 4500 ea points, even though I pre ordered the ea 24 ultimate edition on steam. Please EA check this as soon as possible since I want to be able to use the web app properly.
The game is standing in my library on steam, but is not standing on my library on EA. I am sure that the 2 are linked, Since I've played apex yesterday through it.
I did just change my country, Since I actually never did that before to try find the solution, but this didn't fix it either. my adress was still standing on my ea account on Belgium even though that I live in South Africa. Now that I've changed that, I can still not see my game
YES, I can order the ultimate edition from the country; South Africa since I live in Cape Town
I preordered ultimate edition on 8/19 and didn't get the appropriate rewards. Xbox, preorder directly from MS store on the console. Didn't get any of this:

With all due respect, EA get your **** together -- every year i can't give you my money fast enough and every year its the same damned bugs in the game and the same damned waiting for promised promotions.
Same missing my totw player and other stuff. Tried restarting console etc. Still not there. At least I got my 4500 points. But still not good enough EA
