Hi I’ve logged into eafc 24 on console and haven’t received my haaland loan pack and my 4600 fc points can anyone help?

To get the pre order content, you will need to launch the game as you won't be able to see your content on the Web App.
Don't worry, it is normal that nothing shows on the web app. A first login on the game tomorrow will unlock everything.

Hey, I need help too. I preordered the FC24 standard edition and am playing the free trial. However I have not received my loan haaland etc. Can you help me please?
