I've opened a case and it says waiting on player. When I click resume it takes me to the article and the case remains in "waiting on player".
I am missing every single bonus from the preorder. Yes, I logged into the console, played almost 30 games already.
I suggest who doesn't get their content and lives in the EU to file a complaint with the EU here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.complaints.new&complainttype=1&consumer-question3=N

Apologies for the late response. That status normally means an advisor responded and they are waiting to hear back from you.

Thanks for the reply @EA_Aljo but as a software engineer with over 14 years of experience I can tell you that's a bug as no email was sent to me and pressing the "resume case" does nothing.
Bad UX from top to bottom.
Luckly, someone else picked up the case and created another one and actually keeps me in the loop. - 2 years ago
