Pre order bonus not received

It is the 22nd and I do not have my 4600 points.

I have received nothing (no founders kit neither packs neither have the possibility to do and evo) and already played...how Can i get those?

I Have a problem that needs to be solved, i pre ordered FC24 the ultimate edition in PS5 but I didnt receive all of my rewards which were on the list yet. I tried to restart the console, closing the fc24 game couple of times, I did receive a 4600 fut points + loan players, but thats all. I would like to ask when i will receive the rest of the rewards (  TOTW 1 player, Nike Ultimate Campaign, Nike Ultimate Loan&kit,…) 

I hope the problems will be solved and thank you so much. 

I haven’t received anything other than my loan packs on my ultimate edition?

it’s making the game unplayable and I haven’t got the funds to just buy extra points. Wth EA?

Yeh we’ve all read this. Loads of us still haven’t got any of it. 

I added the key to the EA App that i bought from CDKeys (ultimate version). Code was accepted. When i clicked "confirm", a text  appeared that the code is not valid. Any same issues?
