Pre order bonus not received

I just checked now, I can see it in my library

I preordered EAFC 24 on steam and I'm able to launch the game, I have not received any of my preorder bonus packs or points which is making it impossible for me to participate in the nike mad ready promo.

This was the sole reason for me preordering the game and making sure I got the ultimate edition and as of now I have not even been able to do so.

Any way to fix this?

I have logged into ea fc 24 and not received my founders pack or evolutions. Why is this 

I purchased the ultimate edition of this game through steam, I have yet to receive any pre-order bonuses other than the founders pack, could anyone help me with this issue? I have opened the game through the web app and my pc and neither show the rewards.

Just found a fix for steam. Log into steam and on the steam app next to launch when you're on eafc there's a green button that says redeem pre order bonus

Hello all, I preordered EA FC 24 for Nintendo switch and today it let me download the game. After downloading the game, I try to start the game and it gives me a message “the console will check whether this software can be played.”. Then after checking, I receive a message “You cannot play this software yet. Would you like to view more detailed information on Nintendo eShop?”. 

Thus, I am not able to play the game, even though it’s downloaded in my console. What’s the point of a pre-order, if you cannot play the game before the release?

Could you please provide a solution?

I opened the game on console and did not receive my pre-order items (ultimate edition). That includes the points or packs. On XBOX.
