Pre order bonus not received
Hi I’ve logged into eafc 24 on console and haven’t received my haaland loan pack and my 4600 fc points can anyone help?

I have logged into the console version of the game now as it has released in my country (Australia) however when I logged in I didn't receive any of my Ultimate Edtion bonuses? I'm still waiting for my 4600 FIFA Points so I can get started on FUT

Me neither. Pre ordered the bonus waited until midnight (UK) and haven't got my points for packs
I pre ordered the ultimate edition on August 25th and was charged 95 dollars to my card, but I can not find any evidence anywhere to confirm that I got the ultimate edition. When it synced onto the EA app on my computer it appears as the normal edition. I just want to make sure that I will be able to play the game early and get my 4600 points.
