Pre season rewards missing !!!

I have completed all objectives in preseason in fifa23 but only received rare gold player pack small elektrum pack and new era pack.

I am missing other packs like 82 x 10 pack

Please investigate

I logged onto console excited about opening packs today and it turns out my rewards have not come through, I had two two rare gold player packs, 83 5 and 84 3

I did all my new era obj and my join the club obj but only received new era rewards. So I'm missing the efigs players an 82 x10, and 84×5 and an 83 x 5. Meanwhile other players received an 85 x 5. Pls help

I’m the same, I haven’t received anything but the 10x82+ pack despite completing everything in FIFA 23. 

me too i only got 82x10 and new era pack how could EA fix this > ?

Logged in and only got two packs from all the pre season objectives from the previous game. When will this be rectified as I put in hours to complete them

I completed all the pre season missions in the last part, FIFA 23, and I did not receive all the packages. I hope the packages arrive on time. I cannot wait. I hope you can help me.

So I did these objectivesinf FIFA 23 for FC 24 : 

Week 1 - Join the Club I OBJ    

• 3 Rare Gold Serie A Players Pack
• 3 Rare Gold Bundesliga Players Pack
• 3 Rare Gold Ligue 1 Players Pack
• 3 Rare Gold Premier League Players Pack
• 3 Rare Gold LaLiga Players Pack

Week 1 SBC - New Era I    

• 2 Rare Gold Player Pack 
• Base Hero Loan Pack x 5 games 
• Coin Boost (1000 coins x 5 games)
  
  
  

Week 2 SBC - New Era II    

• 2 Rare Gold Player Pack
• Base Hero Loan Pack x 5 games
• Coin Boost (1000 coins x 5 games)
  
  
  
  

But i've only received rewards for New Era 2!

Wrote to EA support and they said they can't do anything and i need to write here.

So I'm writing here!

And I've already read this link provided by @Heman_Superman in other discussions with problem like mine. 
And I've also done what he said to do,no changes.

So when the rewards will be given?

Same I only Received one or two from the rewards and not the whole thing and I have completed them all.
