Preload available stuck on preparing to download

Do you have enough free space?
You can try downloadinging at a different time of day or a different network connection.

Also, smth typical like clearing the cache and data for the EA Desktop app, then uninstall and reinstall the EA Desktop app.

None of it works, still stuck on preparing. I have tried now for atleast two or three days to pre load the game at different times but the problem is not fixed. Last year i missed out on my early access because of EAs problems with the game. I do not want to go through with it again. I paid a lot of money to play a week before launch but they don't even have the possibility to contact their support to fix their own problems.
